Frequently asked questions

Does the phone stay at our venue?

Yes. We install it once and show your team how it works in a few minutes. For each event, just set it near the entrance or the bar, then tell us who the album is for. We prepare the album and send it to your clients.

Do we need our own phone?

No. We can provide ours, connected to the venue’s Wi-Fi. If you already have an audio guestbook phone, you can keep using it.

What if the venue has no Wi-Fi?

The phone stores the messages and sends them to us as soon as it’s back online. Nothing is lost.

Does it work with my phone?

Yes, if it records its messages to a memory card. Common formats are accepted (MP3, WAV and others).

What do I have to do after the event?

With our connected phone: nothing. With yours: plug it into a computer, upload the message folder to our platform and send it. Once we confirm receipt, you can clear the phone. Either way, we prepare the album and send it to your clients.

How quickly do my clients get their album?

Within 48 hours of receiving the messages. You get an email as soon as it’s sent.

What if a guest just says “hello” or hangs up?

False starts, empty calls and tests are removed. Only real messages make it into the album.

Do guests have to say their name?

It’s not required. If they introduce themselves, their name appears in the album. Otherwise, the message is signed “A guest”. Your clients can correct a name or remove a message.

How long does the album stay online?

Twelve months. Everything can be downloaded from day one: the audio album, each message and the booklet.

How much does it cost?

For venues: a monthly plan, phone included, after a two-month free trial. For planners: a price per event, or a monthly plan if you do several events a month. Get in touch and we’ll send you our rates.
